Yondr and JK Land Holdings secured $715 million of senior secured notes through Yondr JK 1, LLC. Proceeds will finance part of the construction of a 48 MW turnkey data center on an approximately 14.3-acre Loudoun County property, with fees, expenses, and debt-service reserves also funded. The report says Yondr completed the first 48 MW data center at the 96 MW campus in 2024, the second building became ready for service in December, and a further 240 MW is in the pipeline on an adjacent parcel.
