County calendar materials identify a July 23, 2026 community meeting and list the site at 44 Cobblestone Circle and 70 Fleetwood Lane. DCD reported Tract's plans show a multi-phase campus with 12 buildings, up to 900 MW at full build-out, and more than $3 billion of potential investment.
