Current canonical record
Initial 70MW for Core42; expandable by additional 135MW (108MW critical IT load); full buildout supports 750MW
DCD reported on March 20, 2026 that TeraWulf topped out CB4 at its Lake Mariner campus and that CB4 is expected to provide 168 MW of capacity when energized later in 2026. DCD also reported on July 14, 2026 that TeraWulf said Lake Mariner is operational and that its expansion supporting Fluidstack and Google is fully permitted, so the statewide moratorium should not affect that permitted expansion. This updates the prior 72.5 MW Core42-lease framing for the current Lake Mariner campus buildout.
