Stack announced the 1+ GW Stafford Technology Campus in January 2025 as a 500-acre, four-subcampus development with 19 data centers and committed Dominion Energy power from six 300 MW substations. Data Center Dynamics reported on May 26, 2026 that Stack had topped out the first building, with 425,000-plus hours logged, about three million cubic yards of earth moved, and 4,000 feet of retaining walls built. At full build-out, the campus is reported to deliver over 1 GW across 19 data centers on 500 acres.
