A July 1, 2026 Commercial Property Executive report said QTS topped out the first facility at its Rock Hill/York County campus. The report described the project as a nine-building, three-phase complex, said the total value has grown from the initial $1 billion announcement to $8 billion, and said the first phase includes four buildings across 109 acres with the second phase expected to break ground in early 2027.
