QTS' existing East Windsor campus remains operational. A July 15, 2026 Princeton Perspectives report says QTS submitted plans for a second data center on its East Windsor site and that the plans were approved. The same report says East Windsor subsequently approved an 18-month moratorium on new data-center development through December 31, 2027. No incremental MW or investment amount for the approved second building was published in this source; capacity retains the tracked campus figure.
