Located at northeast corner of Interstate 435 and Highway 169 on approximately 493 acres. AG Rose Solutions LLC (Google affiliate) acquired the site from Diode Ventures LLC in December. $1 billion will go toward construction, with the remaining $9 billion backing internal systems and ongoing infrastructure upgrades. Port KC Board of Commissioners provided a 75 percent abatement on real property taxes for 25 years. Project includes $1.5 million contribution to Smithville School District's workforce development program and $250,000 to Northland Career Center. First phase expected to take about 18 months.
