The developer said it had spent more than 16 months and nearly $1 million pursuing the project, secured contracts to buy more than 800 acres for more than $80 million, and obtained ERCOT electrical planning approvals; Hill County rescinded the moratorium on June 4 and replaced it with review requirements.
