Atmoss LLC withdrew a rezoning application for Project Anthem's roughly 375-acre second phase between East 11th Street South and East 21st Street South, east of South 193rd East Avenue. The first phase spans 340 acres, the second phase remained possible later, and the withdrawal was separate from Tulsa's temporary data center moratorium because the moratorium exempted Project Anthem's first and second phases. This does not cancel the tracked Project Anthem row or change its under-construction status for the first phase.
