Pahrump Valley Times reported that Osprey Data Center is one of two Pahrump-area data center proposals already filed before Nye County's June 2026 temporary moratorium on new data-center applications. Neither Osprey nor Blackjack had secured full county approval as of July 15, 2026; the county scheduled a public forum for July 25 and an August 4 hearing on Bill No. 2026-11 concerning data-center prohibitions in some Nye County communities.
