Comstock and Jericho formed Oklahoma AI Ventures LLC to develop large-scale data center campuses in Pawnee and Noble counties around Jericho's energy infrastructure. Development options covering more than 4,000 acres had been secured, planning had begun for what could become one of Oklahoma's largest data center campuses, and the platform targets powered-land sales, build-to-suit ground leases, or phased turnkey data center assets with gigawatt-class potential.
