WHYY reported on March 25, 2026 that the Vineland project was already under construction, was being developed by DataOne for Nebius as part of a Microsoft-related AI infrastructure deal, and was described locally as a hyperscale 350 MW AI data center. Capacity should be verified before overwriting the tracked 300 MW figure because the 350 MW figure is from local reporting rather than the original Nebius announcement.
