NYISO's load-project queue lists iPark East Fishkill LLC's iPark 84 Data Center Interconnection as a 150 MW load project in Dutchess County, submitted March 25, 2026, with a new 115 kV line from the Central Hudson East Fishkill Substation and proposed initial backfeed in October 2028. WAMC reported on June 26, 2026 that East Fishkill residents identified the 150 MW iPark project among data-center proposals in the NYISO queue and that the town moratorium bars data centers over 20 MW from being permitted or considered until July 2029.
