Northern Nevada Business Weekly reported on 2026-06-02 that Fleet had broken ground on two Tahoe Reno Industrial Center campuses, South Valley and Peru Ridge, with $10 billion in construction costs, 400 MW of combined critical compute power, and 30 MW per campus of utility computing power. Expected operations are Q3 2027 at Peru Ridge and Q4 2027 at South Valley. The same report says total investment could approach $40 billion after mechanical/electrical equipment, servers, networking, racking, and fit-out are included.
