Also known as Dulles Cloud South. Prince William County supervisors unanimously rejected the proposal after a July 2026 public hearing. The proposal covered about 1,940 acres near Sanders Lane, Logmill Road, Sudley Road, and Bull Run Creek by the Loudoun County border and could have totaled 43 million square feet of data center space. County staff had recommended denial because the site was outside the county data center overlay district and was zoned/reserved for residential and agricultural uses.
