Mount Sunflower Properties is associated with Blue Owl-backed Beale Infrastructure, formed in 2024 with office in Topeka. Full build-out will take seven to nine years, with completion around 2035. Each phase is expected to cost around $700 million to build.; Power estimated at $7M/MW; Beale detailed the first phase in late April 2026, with first-phase construction expected to break ground in May and to comprise at least two facilities; full build-out remains four buildings and more than 1 million square feet, with Evergy serving power. A later May report said construction was anticipated in 2026 but additional site plans and phased water/sewer agreements still required approval.
