Core Scientific announced a plan to scale its Muskogee campus to about 1.5 GW of gross power, or about 1.0 GW of leasable power, including an agreement to acquire Polaris DS LLC and its 440 MW gross-power position with OG&E. Core Scientific also said construction had begun on a second unleased 82.5 MW building, with initial delivery expected in Q4 2027, while the current leased 70 MW building was in final testing and commissioning for Q2 2026 delivery to its customer.
