Conway City Council approved MoU with Forgelight Ventures for Fortune 100 company (identity not disclosed). Located in southwest Conway on Lollie Road along Arkansas River. Expected to create about 50 'high-quality' jobs. Project in 'very early stage' with discussions ongoing for about a year. Conway Corp agreed to cooperate on water, wastewater, sewer, fiber and other infrastructure upgrades. Property tax abatement of at least 65% for 30 years approved.
