DCD reported Serverfarm as developer of an $8 billion, 135-acre Clarksville campus with six planned 360,000-square-foot buildings, SF ARK1 LLC as the site affiliate, and Vaughn Property Group involvement. The Johnson County Graphic subsequently reported site clearing, air-permit requirements and generator plans in March 2026, and local references in April 2026 described the data center as being constructed in Clarksville.
