Located on 300 acre property split between two counties. Berkeley County has 90 acre parcel for two data center buildings plus infrastructure, and narrow parcel for access from Route 115. Jefferson County has 191 acre industrial-zoned parcel.
Berkeley County Planning Commission approved concept plan in March 2024. Plan includes 2 data center buildings, guard shack, electrical switching station, water tank, and stormwater retention ponds. Properties sold July 2024 by F.O. Day Company to IB10 Martinsburg LLC. QTS Data Centers (Overland Park, Kansas) involved in development.; QA 2026-07-19: Retained concept-plan building area and cleared unsupported power and investment estimates.
