Proposed 500-acre greenfield campus within the 4,000-acre Helena Harbor Industrial Park, marketed as a gigawatt hyperscale campus; no land sale or lease was ever closed with the port authority
Announced as Stadium Helena Harbor LLC, a joint venture between Utah-based Stadium Partners and Arkansas-based Garrison Data Partners, marketing a 500 MW powered-land hyperscale campus in the 4,000-acre Helena Harbor Industrial Park on a Mississippi River slack-water harbor. Correction 2026-10-02: In a written communication to Server Country on October 1, 2026, John Edwards, General Counsel and Economic Development Director of Helena Harbor (the Helena-West Helena/Phillips County Port Authority, which owns the site), stated that Garrison Data Partners and Stadium Partners began evaluating the site in May 2024 but, despite discussions and negotiations, never closed a deal for the sale or lease of any land. Helena Harbor has no agreements with Garrison and is not discussing any data-center deal with it. Edwards added that he understood, without independent confirmation, that Garrison and Stadium had not worked together for more than a year. The project is recorded as canceled; the 500 MW figure is the developer's marketed capacity, not a secured site. QA 2026-07-18: Cleared unsupported $3B investment.
