The proposed facility was described as an unmanned 16,000-square-foot building on a residentially zoned parcel adjacent to Oak Ridge homes and Mantua Creek. Public reporting elsewhere described the proposal as 4 MW, but the value is left null because the cancellation source did not publish a MW figure.
