Multiple facilities including 220-acre Laveen site, two Mesa projects totaling 465,541 sq ft, and three West Valley facilities each totaling over 1 million sq ft
Amazon acquired a roughly 220-acre site in the Laveen area near Loop 202 and Dobbins Road for a reported $277 million as one component of this aggregated Phoenix-and-Mesa record. Vintage Partners withdrew the related 206-acre Laveen data-center plan in April 2026 and said the site would instead proceed as mixed-use commercial development. This withdrawal applies to the Laveen component and does not cancel the other active facilities represented by this aggregate row.
