New Castle County's active-plans page lists App. 2025-0716-S at the terminus of White Clay Center Drive as a minor redevelopment plan to consolidate seven parcels into two and construct 847,450 GFA of light industrial buildings, a guard house, a switchyard, and associated improvements for proposed data center use. Spotlight Delaware reported on March 19, 2026 that the White Clay Corporate Center redevelopment would be a three-building data center, that its zoning already allows data center projects, and that it is outside Delaware's Coastal Zone.
