New England's first state-of-the-art, transmission-only, electromagnetic pulse (EMP)-proof data center. Features ballistic and seismic protection, 12-inch thick concrete walls with stainless steel wire mesh, two isolated fiber-optic feeds in ring configuration, and over 18 miles of fiber inside the building with capacity for 1,500 additional fiber strands. Built to support Vermont's electric transmission system operations.; Investment estimated at $7M/MW; QA 2026-07-18: Cleared backup-generator total from the facility power field.
