Vantage Data Centers - Port Washington
Port Washington Common Council unanimously approved development agreement in August 2025. Located west of Interstate 43, east of the Ozaukee Interurban Trail, south of Dixie Road. Vantage acquired approximately 1,000 acres, spending $50.6 million on land acquisition. Ground breaking planned for late 2025.
