On April 30, 2026, ValorC3 announced the closing of a credit facility with Apterra Infrastructure Capital to fund continued construction of its anchored Boise greenfield data center project. ValorC3 said the Boise campus has an anchored long-term lease with one of the world's leading hyperscale technology companies. The financing amount was not disclosed; the project value remains the Boise building-permit value from the existing tracked row.
