Current canonical record
This record tracks TeraWulf Muskie Data Campus in Kentucky.
TeraWulf acquired the Eastern Kentucky Muskie Data Campus from Industrial Equity Partners. The site is within the 1,000-acre EastPark Industrial Park and includes approximately 285 acres of owned and controlled land, with optional adjacent acreage. TeraWulf expects more than 1 GW of data center capacity over time, with an initial 500 MW ramp beginning in the second half of 2028 and an additional 500 MW targeted for the second half of 2030. Kentucky Power is constructing a 345 kV substation connected to the 765 kV transmission network; energy service agreements were executed concurrently with the acquisition, zoning is already in place, permitting is underway, and limited site work is required before data center construction.
