Site plans suggest 20 single-story buildings totaling 500-600MW

The Electric reported on November 18, 2025 that the 2 million-square-foot hyperscale campus proposed for Great Falls was off. The project had been proposed as a $1.0 billion to $1.5 billion investment on a 569-acre site near AgriTech Park, with 500-600 MW of requested critical load, but GFDA said power would not meet the developer's timetable and TAC had let go of its land option.
