Stonebridge Associates filed for preliminary planning consent with North Beaver Township, Mahoning Township, and Lawrence County for a 16-building data center campus and electric substation at the 569-acre Powder Mills Site, a former dynamite/explosives manufacturing property off Route 551 at 3478 Howard Drive and McClelland Avenue. DCD reports Stonebridge intends to spend more than $15 billion and says Penn Power would supply electricity; IT capacity was not disclosed.
