Data Center Dynamics reported on 2026-02-11 that STACK Infrastructure said it would add 121 MW to its POR03 campus outside Portland: a 25 MW POR03D building targeted for completion by Q4 2027, followed by 42 MW POR03E and 54 MW POR03F. STACK's POR03 campus page describes the Hillsboro campus as 55 acres with about 200 MW of total critical capacity, including 72 MW operational critical capacity, 25 MW near-term availability, and 96 MW of expansion capacity.
