Utah News Dispatch reported the 193-acre QTS campus in Eagle Mountain had topped out, was being built by Layton Construction and QTS Data Centers, included three buildings under construction since fall 2025, was expected to be completed later in 2026, and represented a $6 billion QTS commitment. Eagle Mountain City reported the first phase includes five data center buildings across about 193 acres and that crews placed the final beam on the first QTS building on April 17, 2026. The April 2026 Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute inventory lists QTS Eagle Mountain II in Utah/Fairfield as under construction in 2026 with 650 MW of nameplate capacity.
