Cloverleaf's Project Cherry Blossom is a proposed data center at the former ProMedica Hospital site off I-75 and North Dixie Highway in Frenchtown Township, on approximately 200 acres, with closed-loop cooling, promised payment for power/transmission upgrades, more than 1,000 construction jobs, and more than 100 long-term jobs. DCD reported the proposal in November 2025.
