Edged's Project Atlas is still planned for roughly 410 acres at 2493 N. Cedar Crest Boulevard in South Whitehall Township, with the current plan scaled back to three buildings totaling about 1.5 million square feet and 725 MW, down from six buildings and more than 5.1 million square feet. DCD says earlier documents cited up to $9 billion of investment; retain that as an upper-bound prior estimate rather than confirmed scaled-back capex.
