Current canonical record
This record tracks Nottingham Business Park Data Center in New Hampshire.
Nottingham Business Park LLC submitted a Nottingham Planning Board conceptual consultation request signed April 29, 2026 for 145 Old Turnpike Road, Map 3 Lot 10, to discuss a proposed data center. NHPR reported on May 27, 2026 that Thomas Moulton was proposing to convert a vacant warehouse on Route 4 at Nottingham Business Park into a data center and that the proposal was withdrawn hours before the meeting after opposition; Moulton said he might return with more information before potentially reintroducing the project. The town then advanced a temporary moratorium path: a Nottingham Planning Board public hearing notice set a July 1, 2026 hearing on a Temporary Moratorium on Data Centers Ordinance, and NHPR reported on July 3, 2026 that the board voted unanimously to advance a 12-month moratorium on constructing data centers, sending it to a special town meeting vote. No investment amount or MW capacity was disclosed.
