Current canonical record
This record tracks NE Edge Killingly Data Center in Connecticut.
Killingly approved sale of the 125 Alexander Parkway parcel to NE Edge for a planned qualified data center on that parcel and two adjacent parcels. Town presentation materials describe up to three non-expandable buildings on a combined 72.28 acres, at least 500,000 square feet of building footprint coverage, about $165 million in host-fee payments over 30 years, 80 to 100 permanent jobs, and initial electrical use planned around March 2026 at approximately 50 MW with additional electricity as building absorption develops. No later public construction-start evidence was located.
