Campus on 750 acres. Seven buildings currently, with 2025 expansion adding two AI-focused buildings for $800 million. Total investment including expansions reaches $2.2 billion.

Approved by Los Lunas Village Council with industrial revenue bonds up to $7.5 billion per series to support expansion. Currently employs ~300 full-time Meta employees and ~1,100 construction workers. Expansion will add ~30 new full-time jobs. Initial phases used $30 billion in IRBs, $10M LEDA funding, and up to $1.6M annual GRT reimbursement. Construction began in 2016 with 1,100 skilled trade workers at peak. March 2026 report said the Los Lunas Village Council approved a project partnership and tax incentives for Meta's expansion, requiring Meta to invest $350 million in the expansion by the 10th year of the agreement; Meta had acquired nearly 500 acres adjacent to the existing data center late in 2025.
