Portion of 235-acre mixed-use development; specific data center acreage not determined
Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott signed a one-year moratorium enacted June 16, 2026 that blocks new data centers projected to use 10 MW or more while the city studies grid, infrastructure, and job impacts. Reporting also says Maryland's 2026 Utility RELIEF Act halted efforts to bring a data center to Baltimore Peninsula. This reinforces the canceled status for the previously tracked MAG Partners Baltimore Peninsula data center rather than a separate Baltimore project.
