South Dakota PUC docket remains pending as of the latest reviewed docket page, with June 2026 filings on Leola Data Center's renewed motion for summary judgment and July 2026 MDU responses still in the record. MDU's July 6, 2026 response says its understanding was updated on June 16, 2026: Leola Data Center would like to start civil construction in fall 2026, with initial energization in the second half of 2027.
