Current canonical record

This record tracks Keel Panther Creek HPC/AI Data Center Campus in Pennsylvania.

Keel Infrastructure is developing the Panther Creek campus at a former waste-coal power plant with T5 Data Centers for HPC/AI workloads. DCD's July 2026 interview says Panther Creek could total 1 GW at full build-out, has a firm contract for 350 MW of power by 2028, and could potentially scale to 500 MW or more. Permitting was expected over summer 2026.
