Millard County Commission unanimously approved 4,000-acre rezone in August 2025. Located 25 minutes northwest of Fillmore, 145 miles south of Salt Lake City. Campus set to launch in 2026. Agreement with Caterpillar Inc. and Wheeler Machinery Co. to provide 4 GW power capacity.
