Current canonical record

Approximately 83-acre campus after the 2026 land acquisition; 30 MW energized, 70 MW grid expansion, 340+ MW long-term power potential, and up to approximately 52 MW of critical IT inside the existing facility

Hyperscale Data announced on June 26, 2026 that it completed the acquisition of 48.5 acres of forested land, more than doubling the Michigan AI Data Center Campus to about 83 acres. This updates the prior announced expansion agreement to a closed land acquisition. The project also faces a May 26, 2026 federal class-action noise lawsuit against Alliance Cloud Services; the complaint alleges excessive offsite noise from the Dowagiac facility, but the lawsuit does not change disclosed capacity or investment.
