Located at Compark Business Campus in Parker. Groundbreaking ceremony held October 1, 2024. Pre-leasing began in second half of 2024. Power provided by CORE Electric Cooperative. Will bring Flexential's total Denver footprint to 759,000 sq ft and 49.4 MW.. Rocky Mountain PBS reported on June 15, 2026 that construction was underway at Compark Boulevard and South Chambers Road for a 249,000-square-foot, 17-acre, $192 million, 22.5 MW facility, with completion expected in January 2027, and described growing local concern over notice, scale, and impacts as the project nears completion.
