Flexential announced on 2026-05-28 that it closed the acquisition of its Hillsboro 4 and Hillsboro 5 data centers, calling it the largest real estate transaction in company history. The release lists Hillsboro 1 at 5.3 MW, Hillsboro 2 at 18 MW, Hillsboro 3 at 36 MW, Hillsboro 4 at 18 MW, and Hillsboro 5 at 36 MW, and notes plans for Hillsboro 6. Flexential's 2025-09-04 release said Hillsboro 6 is a planned 350,000-square-foot, two-story data center expected to support 27 MW. Current named-campus capacity is 140.3 MW including Hillsboro 6; no transaction value was disclosed.
