BoiseDev reported on April 28, 2026 that the Diode Ventures proposal was currently on hold because of an ongoing lawsuit. A February 3, 2026 BoiseDev report said Kuna farmers filed suit over the City Council vote approving the project, while Gemstone Technology Park LLC and landowner Duane Yamamoto petitioned to intervene to defend the approval; no hearing had been scheduled at that time. Numeric investment and power capacity are unchanged because the 2026 litigation/hold sources did not provide updated values.
