Hammond announced on July 1, 2026 that the development agreement with Decennial expired. Inside INdiana Business reported that the proposed $7 billion, 450,000-square-foot Digital Crossroads campus expansion would have been built by Decennial and leased to CoreWeave for 20 years, but the final extension expired June 30, 2026 and the project did not move forward under that agreement.
