DC BLOX is pursuing a data center campus at Thunderbird Commerce Center, a former Ford factory site at 305 Fintail Drive near South Kitley Avenue and the Pennsy Trail in Warren Township. WFYI reported the initial proposal as a $2 billion data center campus with up to 78 MW of electricity use. On July 15, 2026, the Metropolitan Development Commission approved the use variance as the final local decision. July reporting says DC BLOX scaled the plan from three buildings to two, with a one-story 70,000-square-foot building followed by a two-story 250,000-square-foot building, and reduced backup diesel generators by 25.
