Current canonical record

This record tracks DartPoints Lexington Data Center in Kentucky.

DartPoints bought the former Lexmark data center property at 745 W. New Circle Road in May 2026 for $29 million and plans to expand the existing campus for cloud, AI, and other intensive computing. WEKU reported that the campus spans 29.5 acres with about 81,000 square feet of existing data center space, an initial 20-30 MW capacity range, a long-term expansion plan to 70 MW, closed-loop low-water-use heat rejection, existing data-center zoning, and an on-site Kentucky Utilities substation.
