Connect Data Centers is the data center division of Oppidan Investment Company, based in Excelsior, Minnesota. Oppidan acquired the 10-acre site from Titan Development in September 2024. Project general contractor is PARIC Corporation. Connect has delivered 650MW and 2.28M sq ft across multiple states since 2016, with 720MW and 2.96M sq ft in development.; QA 2026-07-18: Retained 10 MW as IT load and cleared duplicate facility power and unsupported modeled investment.
