B+F Timpanogos proposed replacing a vacant warehouse at 1507 S 180 E in Provo with a two-story data center totaling about 132,000 square feet. Data Center Dynamics reported an initial 5 MW with potential to reach 30 MW of IT capacity, grid service from Provo Power, closed-loop cooling, natural-gas backup generators, and possible investment of about $280 million. Provo's February 11, 2026 Planning Commission agenda separately listed the zone-map amendment and project-plan approval request for a new 66,000-square-foot data center at the same address.
